The upper bodies and lower bodies have a corresponding mechanism to lock or attach to the column. The column is mounted so that it pivots with respect to a base and the upper body has housing suitable for the insertion of a removable, fingernail-shaped accessory.

Combined building hoist adopts hoist car combined by several parts connected by high strength bolts. The car size is various for different working circumstances. In most case, the car length is 3.2m; for narrow spaces, the length can be reduced to be around 2m.
